During construction, we’ll meet with you regularly to keep you informed of the construction progress to ensure your dream space is realized.
We protect all floors and stairs and ensure proper dust control measures are put into place.
We clean up daily and keep our tools confined to our workspace so the rest of your property remains tidy.
Scheduling and supervision of trades to ensure the fit and finish of every detail.

Close Out
"Punch lists are part of the construction process"
We close out any construction permits and make sure you're in compliance with local ordinances.
When your project is complete, we will go through our work with you and list any outstanding items. Gaither Bros' will take 7 to 30 days to finish this list to ensure everything is done to your satisfaction before the final cleaning.
The project is not complete until the work site is spotless.
